This is simply a killer, top end Vanadinite cabinet piece for the species. It has huge, perfectly formed, gemmy crystals with fabulous color and deep red and red-orange internal reflections with some complex crystals that show skeletal growth. This specimen is from a recent pocket from the mining prospects at Drâa-Tafilalet, Morocco that was characterized shiny red, gemmy crystals on select specimens like this one, but very few had crystals of this size and luster! Vanadinite crystals on this piece are big in length...and width!! All of the crystals display a cherry red gemminess that I have never seen before in crystals this size and all are incredibly lustrous and reflective!
