Award plaque from the Chamber of Commerce of The United States of America. This is a Spirit of Health Award given to Baltimore in 1934 as the winner of a nationwide health conservation contest. Plaque measures 19”x14” including wood back. The wood piece it is mounted on does have a split in it (see photos).
