Up for sale "French politician" Count Auguste Ravez Hand Written Letter Dated 1826. This item is certified authentic by JG Autographs and comes with their Certificate of son of a merchant from Lyon, he studied at the College of Oratorians, studying law. At the end of one of his first pleadings, he was charged with conspiracy and then released in late July 1792 by decree of thelegislature1. However, he cannot remain in a city where the regime of terror considers him hostile. He left Lyon and decided to settle in Bordeaux in December 1792, where he continued his career as a magistrate. Appointed president of the Electoral College of Bordeaux by thearchchancellor Cambacérès in 1807, he was elected deputy of the Gironde under the restoration in 1816. appreciated and esteemed by Louis XVIII2 He appointed him as under-Secretary of State in the Department of Justice the government of Armand Du Plessis de Richelieu (1). He will also have the king's permission to affix his signature on the birth certificate of the Duke of Bordeauxon September 29, 18203. He sits as president of the Chamber of Deputies from December 11, 1818 to December 24, 1823 and from March 31, 1824 to November 5, 18274 and occupies the chair of the first President of the Royal Court (i.e. appeal) from Bordeaux from 1824 to 1830.
