Obtained in the United States, but I do not know which processing facility this originated from.New condition in that it still has nicely defined edges and is clean, only a few small chipouts. Date of processing is unknown, but it is safe to at least say this was within our lifetime. Ruler in pictures is for reference and is not included in sale.
